Information received will not be disclosed. Customer's pertinent data are not compulsory for our company, but when refused, LA.PI Sas will not be able to fulfil the order.
The customer has the right to be informed of data handling which may concern him. He is entitled to receive without delay: a)Confirmation that his personal data, if any, exist.
b)Cancellation, change in anonymous form or locking of the handled data. c)Updating, correction or, when requested, supplement of data concerning him. Finally, he is entitled to refuse handling of all of his personal data, or of part thereof.
